As Jenny and John’s new lives rush headlong toward the inevitable conclusion that Jenny had first formulated all those months earlier, John finds himself in more and more impossible predicaments which can only provide more pain and humiliation for him and pleasure for Jenny, a situation he is quite happy to be part of.
