17 years old when he died, sued defendants, Commonwealth Edison Company (Edison) and the City of Waukegan (Waukegan), alleging
they were liable for Bill's death. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants entered by the circuit court of
Lake County following a jury trial.
