The appellant in its petition for rehearing contends that in deciding that the limitation provision of the policy in suit
did not bar the maintenance of this action, this court has refused to give effect to controlling decisions of the intermediate
appellate courts of Missouri, which are not necessarily inconsistent with the opinions of the Supreme Court of Missouri.
