Rafanelli v. Dale

¶ 1 v. Mark Rafanelli (Rafanelli) appeals from the judgment of the Fifth Judicial District Court, Madison County, entered in favor of Defendant Hal J. Dale and his daughters, Virginia Lee Gabig and Paulette Dale-Hutcheon (the Dales). The District Court held that Rafanellis case was barred by the doctrine of collateral estoppel. We affirm.
