Ralph Syverson v. Clifford H. Nelson

Action in the district court for Otter Tail county for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a fall in defendants barn where he was employed. The case was tried before Byron R. Wilson, Judge, and a jury. At the close of the evidence, the court granted defendants motion for a directed verdict, and plaintiff appealed from the judgment entered.
