Randall Baker v. American States Insurance

The facts as alleged in Baker's amended complaint are essentially as follows. Randall Baker was employed as a carpenter by Claude Wright, doing business as Claude Wright Construction Company of Columbus, Indiana, on July 27, 1978, when he suffered an injury to his left eye while in the course of his employment.
