Raymond Paul Armstrong v. Catherine H‪.‬

Defendant-appellant Samuel O. Mullen appeals conviction of battery, IND, CODE 35-42-2-1 (Supp. 1980), following a bench trial in the Montgomery County Court. Mullen raises two issues on appeal: (1) whether the decision of the trial court is supported by sufficient evidence, and (2) whether the decision of the trial court is contrary to law. Mullen concedes the battery, but argues he acted in self-defense.
