Reeder V. Sears

This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered as the proximate result of defendant's negligence in maintaining for the use of plaintiff and other customers a ramp (alleged to be unsafe) which collapsed and fell to the ground while plaintiff was walking thereon.
