Failure to timely file and serve a petition for judicial review of an Administrative Procedure Act (APA) administrative order precludes any judicial review. Contrary to Renzs argument, the record establishes that both Renz and his attorney were timely served with the administrative decision. Because his petition for review was not filed or served within 30 days, the superior court order dismissing the administrative appeal is affirmed.
