From the BookTok sensation and New York Times bestselling author of Bully and Falls Boys comes the third novel in the Fall Away series.
Two estranged teenagers play games that push the boundaries between love and war....
For the two years she was away at boarding school, Madoc had no word from Fallon. Back when they lived in the same house, she used to cut him down during the day and then leave her door open for him at night. Now he's ready to beat her at her own game....
Fallon can tell that Madoc still wants her, even if he acts like he's better than her. But she won't be scared away. Or pushed down. She'll call his bluff and fight back. That's what he wants right?
As long as she keeps her guard up, he'll never know how much he affects her....
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Douglas follows Bully with a gritty, racy new adult tale peppered with raw emotions. It has been two years since step-siblings Fallon Pierce and Madoc Caruthers laid eyes on each other. Without skipping a beat, they return to old habits, trading hateful barbs in public before abandoning themselves to emotional, raw, satisfying sex in private. But this time Fallon has a vengeful plan in mind, and Madoc's emotions are caught between a rock and a hard place. Fallon and Medoc have equally painful stories that will crush the readers's hearts as they watch the couple try to rebuild the bonds of trust and yet again separate. While stubbornness keeps them apart and a family crisis challenges their relationship, a little conniving from their friends brings them back together to confront the past. This smoking-hot, action-packed story is a powerful addition to the edgy side of the genre, and readers will eagerly anticipate the next installment.

❤️
I can’t explain how much I love Madoc and the Fallon. I died when he told her about his tattoo, that it wasn’t “Fallen” but Fallon. I knew it from the very beginning. But when he told her I died, I literally died. The fact that it was the ending was JUST perfect. I love them so much and I hope they stay happy. One of my favorite quotes is from a TV show called One Tree Hill, and it says “"You can drive at 16, go to war at 18, drink at 21, and retire at 65. So who can say what age you have to be to find your true love?” And it fit perfectly with Madoc and Fallon. Madoc and Fallon’s story broke me into pieces. I never imagined Fallon to go through all that alone I felt so sorry for her. And who would’ve ever imagined that Madoc was the dream that no one saw coming, he’s literally the most supportive lovable person I could’ve ever come across including Jared of course. I love both of them so so much. Thank you Pen for this great story. I love them forever. ❤️😭
