S For Siddhi (एस फॉर सिद्धि‪)‬

एक साहित्यिक कार्यक्रम में लेखक की सिद्धि से मुलाकात हुई, जिसकी कुछ बातों ने लेखक को इतना आकर्षित किया कि उपन्यास नायिका केन्द्रित होकर लिखा गया। यूँ तो उपन्यास में प्रेम को आधार बनाया गया है लेकिन कथा में प्रेम केन्द्रीय नहीं है, प्रेम के माध्यम से समाज के विभिन्न पक्षों पर लेखक ने कलम चलाने का प्रयास किया है। "सिद्धि" मात्र एक नायिका नहीं है बल्कि वह उन अनेकानेक महिला पात्रो की प्रतिनिधि है जो समाज और हालात के चलते अनेक जोखिम उठाकर अपनी राह खुद तलाश करती हैं। सिद्धि एक ऐसी पात्र है जो किसी देश या राष्ट्र की नायिका न होकर एक अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय पात्र के रूप में सामने आती है। एक महिला जब समाज में जद्दोजहद करती है तो उसे किन किन हालातों से गुजरना पड़ता है, ये सब जानने के लिए पाठको को “एस फॉर सिद्धि" के माध्यम से नायिका की जीवन यात्रा से गुजरना होगा।



The author met Siddhi at a literary event, whose few things attracted the author so much that the novel was focused on the heroine. Although love is the basis of the novel, but love is not the prime focus in the story, through love the author has tried to present different sides of society. ‘Siddhi’ is not just a main character but also she is the representative of many female characters those who find their own way by taking many risks despite social taboo and circumstances. Siddhi is the character who appears as an international character rather than as a heroine of a country or a nation. When a woman struggles in a society, then how she has to go through with all the circumstances, to know all about this, the readers have to go through the life journey of the heroine in ‘S for Siddhi’.
