State Florida v. Willie E. Wimbush

PATTERSON, Judge. The state challenges the trial court's order suppressing cocaine found after a search of the car in which Willie Wimbush was a passenger. We agree with the state that the officer had a well-founded suspicion of criminal activity to detain the vehicle. Accordingly, we reverse the suppression order and remand for further proceedings.
