The deal

After living in New York for several years, Heaven finally fulfills the promise made to her father by returning to Flystowm to take the helm of the family business, a prestigious publishing house. Upon her arrival, she crosses paths with the handsome and pretentious John, her former lover, who happens to be the CEO of Hearts, the town's most renowned publishing company. However, Heaven is determined to turn the tables.

John offers her a bold challenge: if Heaven manages to outperform one of their books on the Flystowm bestseller list, he will leave town and hand over the management of his publishing house to her at a decreasing price. But if she fails, Heaven will have to go into exile and sell her own publishing house to John.
