Publisher Description
Donald Van Horne appeals from a decree of dissolution ending his marriage to his high school girl friend, Angela Van Horne. Donald challenges the propriety of the trial courts characterization and distribution of property, its calculation of child support, award of maintenance, and the court order granting Angelas request for attorney fees. Because the decree erroneously awarded the parties an interest in the family home as tenants in common, the court below has not finally determined the parties property interests. Thus, we reverse and remand.
