This book has helped me so much. Not only do you get to hear Lily's voice and instantly connect to what she's talking about, but it's written in such a way, you can almost feel as if they are your words. It feels so personal. Maybe it's because i could relate to everything she talks about in this book but no matter what, this is a very healing book. Through her open up about this, I found myself healing along with her. Such a powerful book!
