BLAKE, C.J. -- Mark P. Miller Milling Company owns a warehouse at Seabury Siding in Whitman county. On May 19th or 20th it was discovered that the warehouse had been broken into and 136 sacks of Fderation wheat had been stolen. None of the companys agents or employees had been at the warehouse for a period of eight or ten days.
