What We Never Finished

Some love stories don't end. They just wait.

At twenty-seven, Miguel has everything people dream of—power, money, and a reputation forged in speed and steel. As the CEO of a luxury automotive empire built from nothing, he's a self-made success story. Cold. Controlled. Untouchable.
What no one sees is the cost of winning—or the walls he built to survive.

Peace was never part of the deal.

Hailey is brilliant, sharp-tongued, and done running from her past. A newly graduated mechanical engineer, she returns to San Francisco chasing the career she deserves—only to come face-to-face with the man who once owned her heart and then disappeared without a word.

Miguel.
Her childhood rival.
Her first love.
Her biggest heartbreak.

Now he's her boss.

Forced to work together on a high-stakes project, Miguel and Hailey are trapped between unresolved anger, burning attraction, and a chemistry that never faded. Every argument crackles. Every look cuts too deep. And every moment together reminds them of what they lost—and what they never truly let go.

As ambition collides with desire and old wounds refuse to stay buried, they must decide whether the past will keep tearing them apart… or if love still has one last chance to be rebuilt.

Because some stories aren't over.
They're just unfinished.
