A killer stalks the side-streets of Las Vegas that the tourist brochures make sure not to mention!  The murder is gruesome and unusual, yet has low priority.  The hunt for the slayer is assigned to an outcast homicide detective who’s main concern is keeping her badge.  Can a lone cop find this monster?
