Fate's Path

Lieutenant Brenner likes his solitary life. When he meets Laz, he is still determined to stay solitary. Laz isn't even his type, so staying away from her should be easy.
Laz is a shy, sweet lady with low self-esteem. She instantly falls in like with Lieutenant Brenner, but doesn't think anything will come of it. She goes about her life, never expecting anything. Fate had other plans for them both.
