Force

Forces are at work all around us. Discover what a force is, and different kinds of forces that work on contact and at a distance. We use simple language and vocabulary to make this invisible world easy for students to “see” and understand. Examine how forces “add up” to create the total force on an object, and reinforce concepts and extend learning with sample problems. Students will learn about balanced and unbalanced forces, weight and gravity, and magnetic and electrostatic forces, and much more. Written for remedial students in grades 5 to eight.
