Leaving this place behind years ago, I never thought about returning until my abusive father passed away.

Back to claim the property that was my grandmother's, I plan to clean the place up and sell it off to the first person to make an offer.

That is, until Luka King sticks his nose into my business. He was a few years older than me in school so we were never in the same crowd. But here he is, acting as if we are old friends. 

Not even my resting b*tch face seems to dampen his sexy grin. I don't know if I should slap him or ride him. Maybe both?

Being younger than me by a few years and a gentleman, I was waiting for her to turn eighteen before making my move. She left straight from her highschool graduation though.

Seeing her in town again stops me in my tracks. She says she's leaving just as soon as she can. I plan to convince her to stay. All is fair in love and war. Right?
