SAM, District Judge. Claimant Shirley A. O'Dell appeals from the district court's affirmance of the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human
Services (Secretary) denying her application for disability benefits.1 Because the Secretary's decision is supported by
substantial evidence, even after considering the new evidence submitted to the Appeals Council, we affirm.2
