O'Leary v. Allphin

On March 12, 1974, O'Leary filed a class action in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants Allphin, Mitchell and
two agents of the Department alleging that his arrest, the search of his car and the seizure of his property violated various
provisions of the State and Federal constitutions.
