Kane Townsend was with the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit until one case changed everything. Waverly decided to take a well-earned vacation before starting the long process of patenting and selling her technology. The last thing Waverly expected at the five-star resort was to be kidnapped and held for ransom while out on an excursion or to fall for the man sent to rescue her.
