Bailey v. fore

Plaintiffs decedent, William B. Fore, was killed by the automobile of B. H. Bailey, the plaintiff in error, in the manner hereinafter described. His administratrix recovered a judgment confirmed by the court. The defendant was granted a writ of error by this court.
