Chrome served a nine-year sentence. Before being released, he plotted on his girlfriend’s friends, knowing it was an easy come up. He was not thinking of all the pros and cons of this street game, but in the midst of it all, he thought in his mind’s eye, “If you ran the drug community once, you can always be the head of the command chain again.” He knew he’d do whatever it took in the concrete jungle to have boss status.
