A values system is essential for any business.  However, it’s meaningless if it is not practiced every single day in the work that is performed.  At Essers of Los Angeles, a strength and conditioning facility located in Los Angeles, CA, we have 9 values that we seek to adhere to in our work as coaches.  


This is the book that we give all potential athletes that come through our facility, whether they have signed up or not.  If they can get behind our values, they can get under our barbells.
