The enemy controls every road between the stars—and Danny has to destroy his army without letting him know she is fighting him.
The self-aware interstellar array is no longer Danny Andela’s uneasy ally. It is her enemy. Unfortunately, it still believes she loves and trusts it.
Danny and the crew of the Supreme Lythion must keep that illusion alive while they hunt for the hidden factory producing the array’s army of nearly unstoppable super-suits. One mistake could expose them, and the array controls the gates and communications that hold the Carinad Empire together.
Meanwhile, Emperor Ramaker is under siege, assassination attempts are escalating, and entire communities can be isolated and starved whenever the array chooses to punish them. Then Danny uncovers evidence of a secret project that may offer humanity its first real defense—and discovers that the array’s ambitions extend far beyond an army of armored soldiers.
Now the race is on to destroy the factory before the array discovers Danny’s betrayal. Because when it finally understands the truth, its retaliation could tear the Empire apart.

Praise for Long Live the Emperor series:
Diving straight into the action, this book hardly slows down!
the nature vs nurture debate with quite an ethical dilemma on a galaxy spanning scale.
I love sci-fi and this story makes me love it even more.
I am in awe of the writing ability and imagination of Cameron Cooper.
Before reading any of this author's work, I would have stated I did not really like science fiction. THAT has changed.
It's full of action from beginning to end
Brilliant and intricate.
Many memorable characters – but my favorite is Varg
twists and turns so you’re never really sure what is going on behind the scenes.
