The Discards

Farrokh sacrificed everything to build a life of his choosing, instead of being a dutiful son and living the life his parents wanted. Then he lost everything to a scheming, backstabbing wife who left him broken and alone. Now he spends his days a mere tutor of wealthy, entitled brats—and the beautiful, fascinating Crown Prince Bakhtiar, wishing for things he will never have.

Kurosh does not usually take loud jobs. The money isn't worth the risk or attention. But when he's approached to assassinate Crown Prince Bakhtiar, he's at least intrigued enough to investigate the matter further—and finds not only a man who doesn't deserve to die, but a man worth dying for.
