The Old Folks' Party

In Jessie Hyde's parlor, six young friends turn a weekly social club into an experiment in time when Henry Long proposes an "old folks' party." The joke quickly grows into something stranger and richer: a playful masquerade in which they dress, speak, and think as if they were seventy, then visit a friend and test how convincingly they can become their future selves. As they sort through costumes, props, and inherited mannerisms, the friends debate identity, mortality, memory, and whether youth, middle age, and old age are really separate worlds.
