The Raven

A short story by John Lucas.  The Raven tells the story of London during World War II and the atrocities that the destructive conflict brings upon one man who has the heart but not the body to fight.  During one of his walks along the River Thames, the man meets a mysterious girl who offers him more wisdom than he originally knew existed.
