Order GRANTING MOTION TO PUBLISH COURT'S OPINION OF 10/11/94 IT IS ORDERED, the Court's opinion of October 11, 1994, is amended with the deletion of the last paragraph on page 7 of the Court's opinion which reads as follows: A majority of the panel has determined this opinion will not be printed in the Washington Appellate Reports, but it will be filed for public record pursuant to RCW 2.06.040.
