United States v. Cerna

In these consolidated cases, Juan Cerna and Marcus David Cerna appeal the district courts orders denying their motions to reduce the terms of their sentences pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). The cases have been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 9(a), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. R. App. P. 34(a).
