Esperanza Villegas and her sister run the storm chasing tour called Twister Sisters. Every spring they drive around the country chasing tornados with tourists onboard their specially outfitted vans.

But when one of the vans gives up the ghost just outside of Broken Wheel, handsome officer Javi comes to their rescue. He’s charmed by the adventurous young woman, who isn’t afraid to grab what she wants out of life. She seems to have no fear.

When he has an opportunity to chase a storm with her, he has to throw caution to the high-velocity wind to see if she’s the chance he’s willing to take.
