All Dressed Up

When the bride-to-be removes her wedding gown in the church aisle in front of witnesses, her sister the chief bridesmaid grasps pretty fast what’s happening: the wedding is off. The bridesmaid knows exactly why, and so does her family. The groom doesn’t have a clue. But the abandoned wedding gown isn’t the only significant white dress in the history between these two sisters.
