Alvin E. Martin v. Florian Maldonado

This appeal and cross-appeal arise from a dispute involving the breach of a contract to sell a laundry business. The superior court awarded Florian Maldonado damages plus interest, costs and attorneys fees. We affirm the judgment in all respects except for two portions of the damages awarded and the resultant adjustment of attorneys fees granted.
