Anthony Bailey v. Commonwealth Pennsylvania

Before this Court is a pro se petition for review filed by Anthony Bailey (Petitioner), seeking review of a decision of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying his request for a recomputation of backtime imposed by the Board for parole violations. A brief in support of Petitioners petition has been filed by the Office of the Public Defender of Westmoreland County, which was appointed to represent Petitioner in this matter by order of this Court dated November 19, 1990.
