Application of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company

1 City of Blackwell and Sun Oil Company (appellants) challenge an order of the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma (Commission). Appellants contend that Commission Order No. 108922, granting the rate increase, is invalid as a matter of law and unsupported by substantial evidence; the apportionment of the rate increase as between industrial and other customers is discriminatory and oppressive as to industrial customers; and Commission erroneously refused to grant appellants a continuance.
