Set limits so you don't over indulge. Example - Play your video game for two hours then stop, playing until 5 am when you do at work at 7 am is harmful. Drink one energy drink to get you going, But Drinking two to six or more a day is extremely unhealthy and extremely dangerous. It would be better to find healthier chooses. This book can give you the facts and advise you, But only you can decide how to live your life."
