Vladimir Lubchek is a vicious warlord with the blood of thousands on his hands. As he prepares to embark on a new reign of terror, it seems that no one can stand in his way.

When Amy Field, a 21-year-old army sergeant, reveals her plan to stop Lubchek, her superiors dismiss it out of hand. But when she breaks one of his most murderous henchman - a man who has resisted interrogation for several weeks - they realise she may be their only hope.

Recovering from surgery aboard his heavily protected yacht, Lubchek will not be easy to reach. To make matters worse, the boat's sensors mean that no would-be assassin can board the vessel with conventional weapons.
