Georgia's first case with Harriet's PI firm wasn't meant to land so close to home. But Whitewitch Island's own police force isn't able to investigate the death of a swimmer during a long-distance competition. Thanks to corruption implications, and the island's council torn between loyalties to their new mayor and the old one, it's up to Georgia and Harriet to handle things before the killer gets away with murder.
