Dead Men Drink No Tea

Things get even fishier than usual in Cape Cod for Lily Roberts when a family with a checkered past checks into her grandmother’s Victorian B&B . . . 

While Lily spends her days serving tea, scones, and other goodies to tourists from the comfort of her teashop, Tea by the Sea, her best friend, Bernadette Murphy, just landed a part-time gig at the local computer store. Unfortunately, Bernie lands in hot water when her first customer, Petra Anthoser, is later found dead on the beach.

Upon news of her death, Petra’s cousins—members of the notorious Conroy family—arrive at the Victoria-on-Sea B&B. Lily knows everyone grieves differently, but she senses something wrong between the two married Conroy couples. The tensions only increase when Petra’s graduate student appears, desperate to recover Petra’s research on Cape Cod’s fishing families.

Lily and Bernie learn the missing files may contain information the Conroys don’t want revealed. Information about a jewel heist in which a Conroy was the number one suspect and the stolen gems were never located. Now, it’s up to Lily and Bernie, with the help of Lily’s grandmother, to dig up buried secrets and nab a treasure hunter willing to wipe out the competition . . .
