The defendant Doemel is the president of the Oshkosh Storage Company and owner of all of its capital stock except for a few shares issued to his wife and son. Such corporation is engaged in operating a commercial warehouse and cold storage business in the city of Oshkosh. On December 5, 1955, the plaintiff was employed by the corporation in a clerical capacity, and among other duties had charge of the inventory records of products stored in the corporations warehouse for release and sale to customers of the depositors of the goods. After working for the corporation approximately three months the plaintiff quit such employment on March 1, 1956, as a result of a disagreement between the defendant and himself.
