Elmer R. Johnson v. Roy Mancilman

Action in the district court for Wabasha county for personal injuries resulting from a collision between a truck owned and operated by plaintiff and a car owned and operated by defendant. The case was tried before Karl Finkelnburg, Judge, and a jury which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $2,673.25. Defendant appealed from the judgment entered.
