Ficklin v. Ficklin

REVERSED. [¶1] John Ficklin appeals from a domestic violence protection order restraining him from contact with Angela Ficklin for six months until March 29, 2006. Because of the court's misinterpretation of the domestic violence protection order statute and the court's inadequate findings, the issuance of the domestic violence protection order was error. We reverse.
