Fidelma M. Creavin v. Thomas M. Moloney

Fidelma M. Creavin, appellant, filed an original suit affecting the parent-child relationship against Thomas M. Moloney, appellee, seeking child support, a "confirmation" of appellant as the managing conservator, and attorneys fees. The entire suit, however, was subsequently dismissed by the trial court for lack of jurisdiction.
