George Jackson Moore v. State Indiana

Appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of armed robbery. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict of guilty as charged and the fixing of a penalty of twenty years in the Indiana State Prison, the appellant being thirty years of age.[Footnote 1]
