Whether plaintiff, who was struck and injured by defendants' car while in the act of crossing a city street upon a cross-walk against the traffic signal, was guilty of contributory negligence was, under the evidence, for the jury, there being no statute or ordinance forbidding a pedestrian to cross against a traffic signal upon the cross-walk of a street.
