Handcuffed

Linda is a lonely woman working in a coffee shop who gets a letter from a handsome policeman. He tells her that there's a woman he's interested in but doesn't notice him. She doesn't know what to make of the letter until she is arrested for some minor violation by the officer. They drive off in his patrol car to an abandoned area...and she finds out that she's the one he's interested in.
