Action in the district court for Steele county wherein plaintiff sought to recover damages for the alleged appropriation of his land by the widening and deepening of a drainage ditch by defendants, county of Steele and P. C. Hosfield, its engineer. Plaintiff appealed from orders, Axel B. Anderson, Judge, sustaining the separate demurrers of the defendants.
